Arky also had a QB named Johnson. ESPN put up a headline “Dick replaces Johnson at QB”. Like an hour later they changed it.
For an erection lasting longer than 4 hours listen to her talk.
The slice of orange and cup of A1 steak sauce add an air of sophistication.
Pinkerton’s by a mile.
In person: 2000 BCS championship in the Superdome.

Florida State was a steam roller and Michael Vick nearly single-handedly won the game for Virginia Tech. Gutsiest performance from a QB I’d seen up to that point.

How so? Be specific? I can’t wait for your enlightened response.
Listen to him talk, tell him you’re happy he’s admitting powerlessness over alcohol, and let him know he can call you any time he needs support (just don’t give him your car or any money! Lol).

Seriously, that phone call is part of the 12 steps. It’s a big deal.

I see what you did there.
Sis in law been working there for a long time. Loves it. Isn’t leaving.
TSN failing to mention the rampant recruiting violations and shortcuts along with the mountain of ‘roids.

That Nebraska team was brutal, but 2019 LSU has their head spinning.
I was so incredibly happy when I discovered my son was terrible at baseball.

Pretty sure that crowd isn’t going to the library.
Gave old girl the Jolly Roger yesterday afternoon. Always fun. Over 26 years together. Can’t imagine being in a marriage and not knocking it out on a regular basis. Guess it happens.

When you’re a late stage alcoholic, the only way out a lot of people see is death. There’s a LOT of suicide ideation with active alcoholics. I speak from experience. That is also combined with the incomprehensible demoralization of not being able to pull yourself out of the tailspin.

Alcoholism is a fatal disease if left untreated, so when someone proudly announces they’re not slowly killing themselves any longer it’s not bragging or attention seeking. It’s connection, which is always missing from an alcoholic’s life.

Hugs and high fives again to OP for being open about their accomplishment.

Marty has the most punchable voice on TV.

suppose I'm just tired of thinking about the next time I'm going to drink

Yep. That was me. I love Best Stop Boudin. I don’t think about the next time I am going to have Best Stop boudin. I don’t hang out in the parking lot at The Best Stop waiting for it to open so I can get some boudin. I don’t make sure I always have some Best Stop boudin in the fridge (wait, maybe that last sentence is inaccurate).

Now with booze….I was planning my next drink before I started on my current drink. And once I had one drink I was going to drink until I was obliterated. That makes me an alcoholic. I just thank GOD I don’t have to live that way any longer.
