Just saw on one of the videos, ole boy with a tank top and a tribal tat, holding a 24 oz beer, bend down during the shooting, then stand up and flip off the shooter when it stopped. Wtf?

Video sounds like fully automatic gunfire but not as fast as a true full auto gun. I wonder if he had a bump fire setup.

10+ rifles with drums and drums already loaded. 1000's of rounds found in the room (or reported). Just crazy how he was able to get all of that up there.

Apparently that was the case. The police stated that they contacted Marilou but she was not located in the US and had nothing to do with the shooting.

No dude, your ‘downvoters’ are just laughing at your tough guy ‘I’d do this’ or ‘I'd do that’ bravado... you have no clue wtf you or anyone else would do in a situation like that.. then, throw in the fact that (maybe) half of the crowd is drinking, nobody has any clue how they’d react in this situation

Depends on the rifle. Not all rifles have the same cycle rate.

No, not at all. I think the downvotes are not directed at that, but rather at the fact that you can't fathom how untrained civilians didn't react in the proper way as MILITARY TRAINING revealed to you. Your acting like it should be a natural reaction, when admitting it's not, in that you REQUIRED TRAINING to know this. And your refusal to acknowledge those that are pointing this out to you.

I just read (and this may have already been posted?) that he previously had a lawsuit against the Mandalay Bay.
Not sure how or if this should matter, but interesting that he picked a hotel to stay at where he obviously had a difference of opinion with, whether work related or not. But I suppose it was all about the location for what he wanted to accomplish.

I have zero training and probably would have just froze or curled up like a baby.
If my kids were with me I probably would have grabbed them and ran like hell.
So fricked up these people had to deal with this.

yeah i thought of this he prob brought it up in in seperate trips he checked into the hotel on a thursday so that gives him 3-3.5 days to get all that gear up there. not hard to believe when its put that way.

Fox news just had a new video shot from the base of the hotel, or directly under the shooter. Definitely sounded like bump fire. Shots weren't fast enough to be full auto.
