It's more of an Athens suburb but it is part of both MSA's.

I had no idea winder had that many minorities. 15-20 years ago winder was practically cow pasture country. Like people in gwinnett would make fun of winder for being so podunk. I guess that atlanta sprawl is never ending.

EDIT:According to students interviewed by the Barrow News Journal, the two dead are teachers.

Was this a shooting where someone showed up and went after a bunch of innocent kids or was this were a guy or two came on campus with intended targets due to outside of school confrontations?

Here's a weird one. NBC affiliates across the country are reporting this, but the Atlanta affiliate has only reported the national NBC story on Xwitter. Just seems odd.
