Different genre, but Ace Frehley (original Kiss guitarist) died yesterday. He was 74. He was still actively performing.

Had a long history of addictions.

Lived in Beaumont in the late 90’s when he was still a name. Tracy Byrd had a big fundraiser golf tourney and lots of stars played- met John Michael Montgomery, Byrd, Chestnutt, Clay Walker, Doug Supernaw. JMM and Byrd were very nice and cool; Walker and Chestnutt were asses. That said, I hope he’s ok.

It will always be "The Centroplex." When the next douchebag group of politicians deem it The MLK-BR center, or whatever retarded name they pay somebody to come up with, it will still simply be The Centroplex.

Obviously it was Too Cold at the River Center.

Seriously though, he is, even now, criminally underrated. His music is fantastic.

Now Elton John and Mick Jagger still have it. Pretty crazy the you think about it

Go check out some videos of Paul Rodgers and Bad Company. Into his 70's and still as strong as ever with his voice.

I’ve seen TL multiple times over the years. He’s still very good live.

TLaw is one of my absolute favorites.

Have never seen him live.

Saw Chesnutt, Joe Diffie, and Tracy Lawrence together at a county fair years ago. Good show.

Chestnutt and Diffie performed together a few years ago at L'auberge in Baton Rouge. Great show.

Bubba Shot the Jukebox last night, said it played a sad song that made him cry. Went to his truck and got a .45.
