This was a small class bc of the coaching change and we focused on keeping what we had committed and going after a few guys lane had relationships with already.
In normal years I still expect LSU to get a few Texas guys especially in the Houston area.
LSU still has a strong presence in Texas but yes the competition is fierce with 2 Texas schools in the sec. Of course Oklahoma gets most of its guy from Texas. Oregon and Ohio state hit it hard. Most of the sec spends time recruiting the state.

Hopefully it’s just Frank being honest that position coaches aren’t kick in place and if the commits are concerned then hold off on signing until February when things are settled.

That or the staff was just terrible at developing them. Most of our guys were highly recruited.

To add as others have said. If the players are simply holding off until February to see how the staff shakes out, we should all understand.
I’m sure the Frank situation will be settled in short order. Like it or not if Frank leaves you will lose a lot of commitments and a lot more players transfer who are loyal to Frank.
I’m sure Aggie, UT and bama would love to snatch Frank and pillage the Nola area. Frank really does control the Nola area recruiting and the high schools love him.
