Looks to me that the dancers can all hear the music perfectly fine. Do they all have ear pieces?
If this was merely an earpiece issue, she could have said so into the microphone and then grabbed one from a dancer and sang the song she has been singing for 2 decades.

I played in a band at outside venue once. Sound guy didnt have our monitors up... couldnt hear anything so we all basically stopped until they got the monitors corrected.
We were spread across a tractor trailer as well which made matters much worse.
