Wife has it it’s horrible. We have been married for 23 yrs and she refuses to get help. Cannot live this way her issue is specifically with germs. She would Lysol the inside of my shoes when I would take them off. Also if I reached in fridge to grab something she would Lysol wipe everything on that shelf just in case my arm touched something. It was horrible and now my kids are the same way. I am pushing to get consoling for them when the divorce is finalized.

Crazy reading this stuff I’m not alone. High school sweetheart been married 22 yrs 2 kids in middle school (girls). She has never allowed me or grandparents to baby sit the kids ever. She has a degree but has been out of workforce for 13 years She stayed at home. She changed I changed and it’s consistent fighting in front of kids. She insist we bring them in arguments because we’re a family. Been sleeping in spare bedroom for 6 months now. I told her I was done and leaving and she insist The least I can do is stay living like this (in her words roommates) for the next 2 years so she can go back to school and change careers. Then we can split when she gets her feet under her. What u think?

In laws live in Colorado so it’s where we stop on our way to see them for the past 18 years. Basically picture people in there 60’s with green, purple and pink hair also guys that old with Dredlocks on occasion. They look poor but drive around in expensive cars so they appear to have money. Granola as they come. Nothing pretty about that place imo. Also if you go to the Starbucks in the “downtown square” you won’t find a seat all the homeless ppl are sitting in there.

Is this the right program for a beginner? Was in decent shape but hadn’t done anything in 5 yrs. My goal is to loose wieght belly/love handles so I can button my pants. After that building muscle would be nice. Also is there an eating plan to go with this? Tia
