outrage on internet

Umm.... I've searched the internet.... and failed to find any outrage over this. Just one or two doofuses that think it's wrong. Am I looking in the wrong place?

You gotta be on the Ticky Toks to see the Karens.

Edit with examples:

quote:

@Alina Webb: And now all I see is MARATHON MOM and if he would have kept the kids out the way it would have just been MARATHON WINNER

quote:

@Lo: Made me wonder how many of us hold resentment towards our moms for things our dads were responsible for.

quote:

@Gloria Vasquez: Just had to explain to my fiance that she’s not a “bad mom” like… did we not just watch the same video.

quote:

@rizzo4B4Life: Then he threw up his hands like “What” To someone behind him that probably said something. Leave him

Her family wanted to see her come down the hill. The dad is holding the little one back and the older ones took two steps onto the street because they were excited to see Mom.

And in other news, people woke up today and had breakfast and some didn't.

I don’t think side stepping kids was a big deal, but Slarty sounds like bitch. “Hate” the guy and saying it created mom guilt. It seems like Slarty avoids her kids.

I don’t have words to describe how much I hate this husband. Let her have one thing without mum guilt.

Wonder if kids were supposed to finish race with her (if actually the mom) or she had realized she was close to a personal best and didn’t want to slow down any. It does look a little strange she didn’t go back to them afterwards, and that would be the same if the kids had stayed off the course.

I wouldn't have known anything was weird about this video until reading the comments. That's how stupid society is today.

Would have been funny as frick if her kids had made her trip and that guy behind her would’ve finished first

Then that husband would really have egg on his face

Yeah, Dad should have kept himself and the brats off the race course.

He would have stopped. He was clearly letting her cross first.

Is she actually winning the race, qualifying for Boston or setting a PR? If so I can see her waiting until she crosses the finish line to greet the fam.

But there are a million examples of Moms and Dads at races giving the spouse or kids a hug or kiss - especially those races like someone's first Ironman or something when the goal is just to finish.

I like how women tried to make it aggressively sexist rather than just acknowledging the husband is an idiot in general

This should be the most upvoted response. "mum guilt"? Sounds like the gal with the X post is projecting.

She should have stopped and taken care of the kids. What kind of mom is she? Probably ignores them and abuses them at home.

All kinds of weird stuff happening. 1. The clock is on 1:40:00 which is absolutely not a marathon time, if correct its a decent half marathon she is way to excited about.. 2. Are we even sure those are her kids or just a bad parent letting kids on the race track. 3. If that is her husband, why is he getting cucked by the bald dude?

Shes running a frickin race. Sorry she doesn't have time to give the kids a big warm hug and "acknowledge" her husband. Some of y'all are the biggest pussies when it comes to women.

As others have pointed out, she isn't close to being the front of the pack of any sort of race that time makes sense for. She definitely isn't running a marathon with that sort of time because she'd be a household name already.

She's just trying to finish. If those are her kids, she avoided them for literally no reason whatsoever. Those few seconds weren't going to actually hurt her time at all.

Men on the OT, however, are wondering what her tits look like and what she would have looked like finishing the race topless.
