The Rob with this thing is, everybody in the quart room would admit outside of the quart room, if that was me I would’ve done the same thing for my own kid. But inside the quart room it’s a bunch of bullshite in this poor father‘s probably gonna serve time in jail for rescuing his daughter from the most evil criminal organizations on the planet
ETA: The rub with this is, everybody in the court room would admit outside of the court room, "if that was me I would’ve done the same thing for my own kid". But inside the court room it’s a bunch of bullshite and this poor father is probably going to serve time in jail for rescuing his daughter from the most evil criminal organization on the planet.

How can I help pay for his defense? This man is a hero.
His one mistake was letting the body be found.

I cringe everytime this gets posted knowing Jody sees it.
Not sure if he ever said if he has an issue with it, I hope not.
Because it might bring up bad memories or because he disagreed with how the sentencing happened?

She's a sex worker, thank you very much.

Put me on that jury and he fricking walks
+1
I'ld use the fact that the little frick was still walking around as a reasonable belief that his daughter was still in potential danger from him and that the police were ineffectual.
Jury nullification for the win.

Every father would have done the same thing
100% and in every country. All he missed was stacking cord wood in the trunk and car and a few gallons of 87 octane.

This is the big difference between this case and the Gary Plauche case.

If I’m the judge, I would declare him as guilty because technically what he did was indeed premeditated 1st degree Murder on someone who was not an emergent threat to him.
Then I would give him absolutely no prison time and any fines at all and just let him walk scot free because it’s the morally correct thing to do with the father taking out a human trafficker in his righteous outrage over his daughter being violated.

I’m not one for vigilante justice, but if the father’s information about the events is mostly accurate…
I hope this is a case of just going through the process to verify and corroborate the guy's story. If that, in fact, is what this is, I'm okay with that.
If the guy and his daughter's story is factual, and the DA is still going through with a first degree murder charge, that's about as fricked up as it gets.
I do understand vetting the information they have and can uncover, though. That just makes sense.

"During that encounter Eisenman abducted the victim, tying him up and placing him in the trunk of a vehicle. Eisenman subsequently assaulted the victim by hitting him in the head with a cinder block and then stabbed him repeatedly, causing his death," police said. "After the homicide, Eisenman drove the vehicle to a remote area in North Spokane County and abandoned the car with the body still inside."
I see no issue here. He is a hero

Only crime dad committed was not getting Medieval on his arse. The cylinder block was a nice touch though.
