The guy in Richmond was probably also capable of using a cinder block to commit grievous bodily harm.

To anyone with merely a question.

PS:Good riddance to the late bf.

That man sounds like a goddamn hero if you ask me. He saved his daughter and did what most dads would want to do if that happened to their daughter.

Good for him.

Hard to use the avenging father defense without admission of guilt. Otherwise the jury just sees evidence of murder and a defendant denying it.

That’s a pretty quick turnaround on the body discovery to the arrest of the vigilante dad, considering the murder took place a year ago.

I wonder if the dad was already a suspect in that guy’s disappearance, and this provided the evidence or if he owned the car the body was in or something.

Also, what shite luck, as it sounds as though some random drove the abandoned car back to the town AND THEN another random rummaged through it and found the body.

quote:

In October 2021, police believe a third party, apparently without knowing there was a year-old deceased body in the trunk, drove the car back to Spokane and left it on East Everett Avenue.

On Oct. 22, Spokane police received calls from another party that discovered the body in the trunk while rummaging through the abandoned car.

Just feel bad he has to keep living out that trauma while we cheer.
