It's a town event, there's more non-college students than college students there. My friend who is 50 and married with children went out bar hopping there too. It's an Athens tradition going back about 20 years, started and organized by local hipsters. Athens isn't a typical college town. There are more hipsters than students in Athens. And that bar he was being tossed out of isn't a "college bar", it's a hipster bar.
ETA- I confirmed with a friend on the scene, it was indeed a frat bar, not a hipster bar. I stand corrected.

Honestly, I don’t get the outrage. Liberal college purple hairs got their feelings hurt. Boohoo. It’s a Halloween costume. Also a solid looking outfit. Hugo Boss came up with a great looking uniform.
