It was during a sponsored citywide Halloween event called Wild Rumpus that has a parade and everything. He wasn't doing it on a random Saturday night in April. It was a Halloween costume.

So a 32- or 33-year-old guy dresses up in a nazi uniform for a town-wide costume night and ugly, fat white chicks are triggered. One of the girls tried to rip off his armband, and he hits her with a pitcher, possibly breaking her nose. That gets him arrested for assault. 'Bout right.
What's a 30-something doing dressing up in a costume to hang out in college bars? Does he think he's Joey Kriegsmarine or something?
