1) I detest this dox first mentality of people. 2) Soooooo much missing context from this video. 3) Generally no need to drop the N word at someone—it’s harsh. But again, it’s just a word ultimately and we need some more context as to why she felt she needed to record and how they started cussing at each other at a donut shop.

Bad PR for the hospital if he had kept his job. If you get caught on camera acting like a idiot (in a fricking donut shop of all places) and that video goes viral, you deserve to be fired. The fact that he was wearing scrubs makes it worse, most hospitals print their logo on the scrubs they give to employees.

Everyone having a smart phone now days is beneficial and damning. One bad morning will cripple this guy's life. All over a poor choice of words.
They will be proclaimed as heroes for outing a white man saying the n-word or any other offensive encounter, yet when it comes to actual crimes in their community "snitches get stitches" and they won't say a peep. Going to the hospital with this and dealing with it properly versus showing the world and ruining a man's life with a viral lynching is childish.
There is nothing strong about this. It is not the high road dumping this out there to the world of public opinion. The internet and social media has reduced the integrity and maturity of people. This equates to the child in school who would blurt out to the teacher when someone else did something regardless of severity.
