He was in the wrong to use that word, but I’m sure the employee is a perfect person and didn’t deserve it.

Just the fact that she’s recording tells you the kind of person she is.

I hope she gets fired for the events that led up to her video, which I’m certain she played a part in.

If im the owner, she is fired already. You dont start cursing at a customer, film it, and put it on the internet

Really, had he been super nuts, it could have backed fired. Luckily he was just ignorant..

But she could have put her entire place of employment in jeopardy encouraging this dude to continue on.

Way too prideful here. I would not want either working for me.

It's just not worth it. Dude should never say that, and her language was pretty awful. Both were terrible here.

I was just about to ask the same question. I think he's fuuuuucked. He's probably a respiratory therapist or some such shite. Not a bad gig and took a few years college to get there. What hospital is going to hire him now? Baw going to have to retool and become a welder or truck driver.
