You mean after they violently raped her and then threw her out on a busy Highway like a discarded McDonalds wrapper to get run over.

Death penalty for all of them.

Has this one devolved into a race thing? It wasn't like that the first few days/weeks IIRC.

Must have. I've never seen a thread on TD where race wasn't justifiably discussed. Same with Facebook.

With both sides claiming to have videos to support their cases, there’s gonna be a lot of shite that comes out in the trial that I know I wouldn’t be able to sit through as a parent.

The initial thread was over 400 pages of speculation. Now we have insight on the actual evidence. It’s sad that potential evidence doesn’t get the same attention as speculation.

That was an innocent man. Doesn’t seem like these folks will fall into that category.

To clarify, it was like 2AM when she was struck by the vehicle, not a busy highway at that time. She was highly inebriated and temps were just above freezing. There were reports it was raining but I don't think those were accurate.

If they were honorable, they had options that were honorable - call for an Uber and wait until they arrived, call 9-1-1, there was a police precinct in proximity.

Did no one think it was a bad idea to offload a drunk, disoriented girl at 2AM in freezing temps?

Well I kind of doubt the road was very busy at whatever time of the night this happened at but yes, that’s what I mean. She survived what I’m sure was a hellish experience just to end up dead because she got run over by a car. That’s an incredibly unfortunate series of events that, statistically, had to have been highly unlikely to occur.

Defense will show her making sure she didn’t get left behind and present that she survived the best night of her life only to get run over by a car.

Honorable, WTF? “Hey we just gang raped you but since we are honorable, let me get you an Uber”.

You mean the same animals who didn’t think it was a bad idea to rape a drunk, disoriented girl at 2AM in freezing temps?

Did they charge the people who ran her over too? The rape was completely separate from when she got hit by a car after they dropped her off in the street

The driver was tested, he was delivering food. Crazy part is he was only going like 15 mph. He hit her from behind and it caused her neck to snap back. Freak accident, any other position she could have been standing in and she prob would have survived.

I agree with your conclusions. They couldn't take an honorable path forward because they all entailed potentially disclosing what had happened.

Offense intended, decorum prohibits me from using the words to accurately describe you. Judging by your bio, you seemingly take pride in being banned. I’m not sure what’s more sad - the fact that you would find it funny to be a provocateur or they you might actually believe what you spew about a racist hate crime.

ETA: I hope some are missing the point
instead of just being racists POS with 27 downvotes. Using the term “the Jasper Texas drag race” is romanticizing the brutal murder of a completely innocent black man who was chained to the back of a truck and dragged to death.
