Yeah it wasn't a Chase until the piece of shite mother fricker took off. Up to that point it was a simple traffic stop. And how goddamn stupid do you have to be to not properly restrain a two-year-old let alone not even put a seatbelt on your dumbass while doing a hundred miles an hour weaving in and out of traffic does not compute.
