You have to really dive into that dashboard to really get the true story. The “with” Covid line is important. Also important is that the 2 most vulnerable demographics (70+ and 60-69) are NOT seeing a big increase in positive cases.
If that group doesn’t get sick then there is a high likelihood that the deaths will not jump much as a result.

Go take a look at the States with the highest vaccination rates. All of them with no discernible bump whatsoever.

Interestingly the uk numbers appear to be declining for new cases of unvaccinated and increasing for vaccinated. Time will tell but the source I saw on it yesterday mentioned it could be running out of unvaccinated hosts. Also not seeing nearly the same hospitalizations there as last wave due to mostly younger people contracting. Uk is ahead of the us in vac numbers also.

yea and if you are a certain age or have any kind of underlying condition and get covid your doctor is going to recommend you go to the hospital to receive the 3 hour Trump cocktail through an IV. I'd bet these numbers include those people

Not sure if people realize this about PCR tests, but you determine the acceptable level that is considered positive. They can literally make anything a positive. Of course no one knows when the parameter are being changed except the lab.

The outright suppression of ivermectin by the elite should have red-pilled everyone with any sense
