I go every year. Meet good people each and it’s always a good time.

Hopefully we are good to go again this year

If you’ve never been I’d recommend going at least once

I don’t think even know what this event is, but I’m happy the owner is figuring out a way to make it happen

Just like the bars around here. Some were forced to shut down while others similar places were allowed to stay open with a different kind of permit. One bar filed a lawsuit. Now three weeks later that bar and several others have magically been given the ok to open

Just like people dying at all the other "peaceful protest" being encouraged across the country.

I wouldn't. It really isn't for everyone. Specially a family.

I enjoyed watching the trucks; they were really impressive and entertaining.
Don't get me wrong there are plenty of good people there. I just have a low tolerance for ignorant/stupid/trashy people; therefor I don't go.
Besides, it tends to be a dust bowl with traffic, and drunks driving like morons. DNW

Afraid those aren’t allowed, since they spread Covid. Now, make it a BLM/we hate America/OMB protest and it will be safe again.

You're gonna get Portland/Chicago in a town near you.
Looters are allowed to have your property and will not be prosecuted.
You will be jailed if you stop them.
Everyone needs to wake the frick up.

This doesn't surprise me.

Worse I have seen was some chick passed out sleeping in the middle of the grass roads like where the campers park.
She was in a two piece bikini and full of mud. I would guess maybe around 20-22 years old.

Why not just be a shootout between 2 looters then? Looting your stuff back from the looters. Survival of lootiest.

should just call it a confederate flag advocacy protest

Nah. Doesn’t need any confederate flags flying. It’ll be called a white supremacy protest all over social media even without the flags.
