What's so funny about it? Refute it. Challenge my thinking if it's incorrect.
Are you saying that there is abundant evidence showing that masks (cloth masks particularly) REDUCE infections? As much as it's talked about and having been made into a crime around the world, one would think the evidence is iron clad without contradiction.
I'm not talking about retarding the PRESUMED MECHANISM of transmission, actual reduction in infections.

The issue is there is no transparency & too many different stories (positives that didn’t test, antibodies as positives, contact tracing assuming positives)
You cannot deny there is an agenda after JBE’s press conference Tuesday
He starts off by saying 15 hospitals have no ICU beds & provides no context nor does he provide any assurance that on a regional level there are plenty of beds available
He then goes into MIS-C which has been known for sometime but the 1st week of school is the 1st time a press conference has focused on it
Nothing has been done by the state to offer help to small businesses other than to be told we may be on the hook for a 30% payroll tax

I've never denied that this entire thing has become politicized.
Everyone had an agenda and they are going to twist and manipulate data to fit that agenda.

I had an argument with someone on the mask subject once, where they were adamantly ordering/pleading that everyone where a mask and follow the mandates.
I brought up the lack of evidence that cloth masks reduce infections, their defense was "I'm not here to argue the efficacy of masks."
If you can't discuss the evidence in regards to the efficacy of masks, how can you argue that they should be mandated?

Yes. It's all because of the masks. Since we now know they work, we can go back to being fully open with no risk of closing back down b we can always just wear masks if the numbers get too high.

since July 26...
total hospitalizations has fallen by 319 patients
total vents has also gone into the negatives... with 1 more person being taken off a vent than being put on it
