yep. Maybe all these measures we've taken are, you know, working after all

well, concerning deaths, we don't actually know that yet

the people dying today were likely infected before we even closed schools or restaurants

and?

that didn't stop the doomcasters from repeating the nonsense all last week?

What you aren't understanding is that looking at Louisiana's total aggregate numbers and comparing them to Italy's total aggregate numbers is hardly a litmus test. If Louisiana were actually tracking Italy's aggregate numbers with only a tenth of the population it would be a fricking catastrophe.

no I understand it completely

its why I'm making fun of the ones that pushed that narrative so hard last week

it was fricking retarded and had no merit

I may have missed it somewhere. But do we know if hospitalized and vent numbers are current. Meaning , if someone recovered from the vent/hospital , they are taken off of that total?

In short, if it says 450 people on vents, that is 450 actually on the vent at the time of the report?

I guess it depends on what narrative you're talking about. It would have no merit if Louisiana were ten times the size of Italy, not vice versa.

eventually, yes. Probably not immediate because there's probably some lagging administrative stuff before reports.

LDH just posts a daily total. I believe it removes those who are released/dead.

Yesterday’s Patients - Dead/Discharged + New Patients = Today’s Total

that LA was the next Italy and we would be seeing 600 deaths per day by the end of this week

it had no merit due to a host of factors

that didn't stop doomcasters from doing what they do though

everybody knows me.... Don't know you.... but, when the Lusher folks came up for playoff series - they were as nice and classy as any group I have ever seen in prep sports.... coaches went and talked to my son after game complimenting him. we know a lot of the same people, im sure.

Not apples to apples, but I looked at this site and nationwide, our raw numbers are much better than Italy, especially when you take into account we have about 5-6x the population

How else am I supposed to make my gf incredibly uncomfortable at breakfast on Sunday mornings?

I've heard "experts" say it's more humidity than heat. IDK.

One of my good friends that was tested 8 days ago finally got her results today, positive. She has long had no more symptoms and has been self isolating. No one else around her has got symptoms and all plan on getting tested and self isolating.
