Because you are acting like it isn't happenign because YOU personally, haven't seen it yet.
I’m simply saying the two schools my kids are attending in 2022 didn’t mention anything when I turned in their vaccination records absent of the covid vaccine
I’m simply letting people know, and hope, some schools aren’t going to follow the mandate

If I remember correctly, this only kicks in when the vaccine moves from emergency use approval to full approval. So if the full approval is only for 12-17 year olds, then you could have some kids required to be vaccinated and some not.

These senators should feel a little fire under their asses. Forcing this garbage on kids is where the last straw should be for most.
And schools should in no way enforce these unconstitutional mandates

Has anyone seen this enforced at all during their 2022 school application? Everyone simply downvoted my post to hell saying it was not even asked about for two separate schools my children applied for and were accepted for in 2022
This does not start until August

Same here. Worth the money more and more with each passing year.My daughters will only be getting vaxxed over my dead body.

Either my child’s schools said frick it, or it’s because the vaccine isn’t “fully approved” for under 12

LDH currently doesn't list COVID vaccine in its requirements for entry to schools, so there wouldn't be any enforcement right now. I don't know if there is proposed legislation to add it to that list. But if and when there is, I'd imagine it will be enforced.
Why would your school currently enforce something that is not listed?

This has been a mandate since December as it relates to the 2022 school year, and I have yet to see it enforced at either the public school or private school my kids attend in St. Tammany when we filled out our applications for next year. We were never even asked about it We sent their vaccinations, with no record of covid, and nothing was said and everything went through as normal
Weren’t you just railing on “fake conservatives” and something about the constitution in another thread?
That’s rich

This mandate was passed in December of 2021 to go into to effect for the 2022 school year. So, why would it not be listed yet with the ldh considering applications have already come in?
I mean the state is completely incompetent so that’s lonely why

If I was a parent who's child had adverse affects from a mandatory vaccine or, God forbid, died as a result, our esteemed cocksucking governor would feel the wrath.

What does me not vaccinating my kids and hating vaccine mandates have to do with that thread?

I’m convinced many private schools are going to pretend nothing is different and carry on as usual. The question is if the state will come down on private schools for NOT following their guidance.

Since he owns a pharmacy, it stands to reason that he has a personal, vested interest in giving vaccines.

Thanks for joining mid stream with half the info. (idiot)
This rule is set for September not 2021-22. Legislation passed the house last session to remove this requirement from LDH rules. Governor vetoed it and set this for this fall.
