Louisiana 24-hour rainfall record broken last week

As most of you probably already know.

This was an off the charts crazy event, and so many are still dealing with the after effects, as well as the continued rising water in parts of St. Landry Parish. Voluntary evacuations are still in place.

If past years are any indication, by mid October I will be begging for rain so the 500.00 worth of food plot seed doesn’t go to waste.

Nah it’s been hot AF. Past few days not as bad…but a few days where it has been rainy and overcast for 2-3 days straight and still over 92. Probably the worst type of hot. it’s literally nicer when the sun finally comes out.

In a 12 hour period? Yes.
2016 was more rain (30+ inches) but across 3 days and the entire Amite River basin
