Rain forecasted in the AM and freezing temps all day Tuesday. Guaranteed school closure.

Acadia Parish just closed schools through Wednesday and instituted a mask policy.

Sorry, flashbacks.

No mask policy.

I’d look for most of northern LA areas that get precip to do the same.

South LA should be fine for Wednesday. tomorrow should be upper thirties and sunny. Tomorrow night being cold shouldn’t matter as most everything down here should melt.

I don’t mind the closures. In 2014 in Fulton County, GA, 50 kids had to spend the night on cold school buses due to freezing road conditions not allowing them to get home.

I predict wednesday as well. Will be to cold to send little johnny to the bus stop. Late start at minimum

Who'd thought the public school teacher's unions were running the Archdiocean schools? The 2X in 2 weeks they've closed for being "overly caustious."
