I had no problem with Auburn moving on from Malzahn at the time.
The problem has been how Auburn has handled hiring coaches since letting him go. Hindsight is always 20/20

He is so fun to watch (as long as he is NOT playing YOUR team) - plus his family history and ties to MSU are pretty cool as well..
My son is at MSU and we are going to visit him and attend the game this Saturday night. I am looking forward to seeing Kamario in person

I inadvertently hit Ruth last Saturday..
I had a couple of USM buddies with me. Trying to give them the true Auburn experience we had to hit up Toomers Drugs and grab a lemonade.
As you can imagine the intersection was pretty crowded. We were getting ready to cross the street after getting our lemonades and my friends were asking me about the oak trees. I turned to point to where the oak trees were located and I inadvertently popped Ruth in the head as she was walking by. Of course I apologized, as did she.
But I can say that my USM friends were pretty shocked by Ruth, they did not expect to encounter someone like her in downtown Auburn

I attended the game last week. I had two USM buds with me that have never been to Auburn. I wanted to make sure we had good parking in downtown so they could get the "Auburn Experience"
We got to town about 1:30. There was a multitude of parking opportunities everywhere, and for a good bit cheaper than what I prepaid for at the Methodist Church.
When it comes to free parking, I would always park on the side of Wire Road out near the softball field. Typically never had a problem there.
As far as where to go before the game, fortunately there are numerous spots in the downtown area all within walking distance. We like Bunkers - it's usually not super crowded, food is good, and many TVs to watch other games going on.

sort of off topic - but during the 3rd QTR they showed Coach Malzahn on the video board sitting in a suite. He got a really nice cheer from the crowd - I thought that was really great....

if my wife (no pics) had a $44.7 million dollar contract at "Acme" University - and she happened to be the most well known University employee to where she had to have daily press conferences about her job, etc. - you better believe she would be saying the same thing about Auburn - and I would be just fine with that
