I don't think it's based on location, I think it's based on cell phone plans. All four phones on my plan are currently out, two of those phones are currently in different states than Louisiana

it appears that Kiffin is the new "villain" of the college football landscape - the guy that everyone wants to see fail because of his actions and attitude - and thus LSU is the new "hated" program in college football.
