He runs a really good business and they do quality work

re: Lay's Stax are so far ahead of Pringles in every metric, it's no contest

an interesting tidbit I just learned about Pringles
Pringles are not technically potato chips. They are made from dehydrated, processed potato flakes and other ingredients like wheat flour and cornstarch, not from sliced potatoes. In 1975, the US Food and Drug Administration ruled that Pringles couldn't be called "potato chips" because they contained only 42% potato - so instead they are" Potato Crisps"

Since he likes rolling Toomer's Corner I doubt Auburn falls into this category

Back
A couple years ago I decided to "splurge" and I bought a pretty nice Maytag washer and dryer set.
The washer only lasted 25 months. I could not repair it myself so I called out an appliance repair person. He told me it would be $700 to repair.
I now have a Speed Queen

A little bit.
The LSU pitcher struck out the Little Rock batter for the third out of the inning
That is literally what happened the play before

Stopped at the one near Auburn on I85. It's been open a long time now and was like Black Friday in the mall in the 90s. I did not buy anything due to the long lines at every cashier. Did check the bathroom out, was crowded as heck.
Not sure what their gas price was, the 100 pumps were all full. That being said, I don't think I'm going back but would like to try some of their food
when did you stop by there? Was it a holiday weekend ?
Since my kid has been at school there we have made numerous trips to Auburn. We normally stop by the Bucee's and have never experienced crowds like that - not even on Football weekends

amnit, that was a great time
you know, it really was
I was thinking to myself ..why? Why do I have such fond memories of Fun Fair Park?
well...I guess because it was a place I went to often growing up in Baton Rouge back in the 80's...it was always a special place when my parents would bring us....heck, I had my "first date" at Fun Fair Park...
It takes me back to a simpler time in general ....
As a kid during that time I just felt Baton Rouge was a special place.....it had lots to offer.....was a great place to grow up in the 80s.....we had Fun Fair Park and Putt Putt right down Florida Blvd...heck, even South Winds water slide in Denham Springs was the bomb!
unfortunately Baton Rouge isn't that way anymore (at least in my opinion)
so I think that is why I remember Fun Fair Park so fondly,,,not only was it a great place to visit as a kid, but it brings me back to a time in this area when things were just "better"
