They’ll get a bond set and he’ll bond out. Simple.

Courts are closed for the New Year's Eve holiday. No arraignment.

Many of us have an unruly, misogynistic, alcoholic, girlfriend beating brother. Especially when they are drunken, "do as I say, not as I do" liberals.
Cant make this go away in the public's mind by writing a check.

How is this slapdick on the LA state Bar board of governors?

He confirms my theory of “whatever haircut got you laid the most between age 15-25, you keep the rest of your life.”

Looks like bond has been set at 10k. Does this mean everyone who has been arrested on this holiday weekend will get a bond set? If they don't it will reek of special treatment.

Victims older son is his drug dealer, or vice versa? Trying to think of an angle where this would set off a domestic violence incident.

The Walton County mention makes me wonder if he’s Becnel adjacent.

If he gets out on bail, on a holiday, and no else does this shows you the EBRP legal system has huge issues.

This shows it is time for DA Hillar Moore to step down and everyone else involved in this case of special treatment.

LSU Law Professor Ken Levy said he can't tell if special treatment is unfolding in this case. But if it is, he said it will make people lose confidence in the justice system. "Equality before the law is a fundamental principle of criminal law," Levy said. "Every suspect no matter how poor, rich, black, and white should all be treated the same. No one should get special treatment." As of Friday afternoon, Hayes had not posted his $10,000 bond.

so he is not out yet but you would think he will be

Lawyers don't have to be particularly well connected to escape with a slap on the wrist. They can do some pretty heinous shite and get off with a short suspension and some "counseling."
