Hayes' third arrest for domestic violence. He's been arrested twice in Baton Rouge and once in Walton County, Florida, booking records show.
The Walton County mention makes me wonder if he’s Becnel adjacent.
Someone mentioned earlier that he prolly was a poster on this site…
We can narrow that search down by isolating the ones incessantly posting about being on 30a

Victims older son is his drug dealer, or vice versa? Trying to think of an angle where this would set off a domestic violence incident.

You do the Hokey-Pokey and you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about!

Lawyers don't have to be particularly well connected to escape with a slap on the wrist. They can do some pretty heinous shite and get off with a short suspension and some "counseling."
This is only general commentary and not directed at this guy or anyone else in particular, but there are also a category of lawyers who approach each and every matter in an often unnecessarily adversarial way, and have a way about them that rubs the opponent in a very, very bad way. Also known as "burning bridges". So it's not at all uncommon to have an attorney who would have caused him or herself to not only lose the benefit of professional courtesy, but perhaps also be a target of atypical unfriendly treatment. Not uncommon in the least.

Too true. You don't have to be a dick to represent your client effectively. In fact, being an aggressive a-hole is generally counterproductive. At some point you will need a continuance or an extension or a favor.........

Wonder if we could squeeze this guy for some NIL money?
Now would be the time.

Booking records show Hayes beat a woman in her home and battered her 15-year old son. "The victim said the accused was intoxicated, and the two got into an argument about the victim's older son contacting him," the probable cause affidavit states.

Oh man, I make up a lot of ground and shortcomings with a very, very affable attitude.
Of course the whole litigation thing, criminal or civil, it doesn't work unless both parties each know the other is ready, willing and capable of rumbling. I know I'm not telling you anything you don't know.

I read it as an older son (older than the 15 year old) sparked the melee between the guy, lady, and 15 y/o son.
This could just be a case of shitty writing by the reporter

No doubt it is pine box. He was the one boasting about hitting a woman in the Delta Karen thread.

This shows it is time for DA Hillar Moore to step down and everyone else involved in this case of special treatment.
Lol this would be a small grain of sand on a Florida panhandle beach in the realm of shite Hillar needs to retire over.

Haha. She’s an OT fav. Clearly she’s the victim here?

None of this seems worthy of police time to me.

Well/ except a grown arse man allegedly tried to choke out a 15yo -that seems like a police worthy investigation

If he's like most 15-year-olds I've met then I'd prefer the cops join in the beating.
