Don't forget Ard said the stepdad not filing a report was a disgrace to the badge. Chris comes back with your lack of action is considered a disgrace to the badge according to the stepdad. Ard, we ain't going there.

He pretty much admits why Perkins personnel jacket is empty. They don't record their findings and allegations as they should. No way if a damned restraining order is served on one of your deputies by your agency it doesn't make it into his personnel jacket. Ards credibility is taking a nosedive in LP. He may have been able to control this back in Willie Graves time but it's a different world today regarding the control of media and information release. He cannot survive this. No way

And that's just what goes on in the Sheriff's office, where everybody is presumed to have the highest of moral character...google Michael Cupit(Walker city prosecutor) or Blayne Honeycutt(Denham city prosecutor), Bonnie Cox(Walker Elementary principal lying and covering up a kindergarten student swallowing an unknown pill on the bus)...and then theres all the shite that doesn't make the news

what is the current status of Ards term? wasnt he elected in 2012, again in 2016? which would make him up for re-election in 2020? or do I have the years off?

He won unopposed in the October election. That's one of the reasons people were asking what Ard knew and when he knew it. Some folks are suspicious that the arrest was intentionally delayed until after the election.

If you know where to look you’ll find a very high ranking deputy sheriff from a surrounding parish once stole evidence from a sting and he’s still employed to this day.
