Which is why her defense also claiming she has undiagnosed bipolar disorder is bullshite

Family members, neighbors, etc can diagnose undiagnosed bipolar. There are signs.

Yeah, her neighbors are definitely more qualified than the multiple doctors she has seen before and since the incident.

Crazy that her defense didn't call them to the stand as a credible witness.

That had to be hell
It was but I didn't kill my children or want them dead. So her whole defense is just weird to me. I got more mad at my husband than anyone during that time...he was the one that should have been worried about being taken out

The last doctor, Jennifer tufts, is or should be in some trouble. All the signs of abuse there and she kept filling early scripts

It was a joke obviously. Just saying that bipolar does not go unnoticed

Up until she wasn’t.

I'm not defending her at all and think she should be found guilty then strangled to right before death, twice, then finally strangled to death on the 3rd attempt. However, "up until she wasn't" is the entire defense that she went into a psychosis, killed the kids, and is thus not criminally responsible. That is why he emphasized how "great" of a mother she was...until she wasn't. Of course, now she's totally fine again and should only spend a year in a mental institution because she's no longer a threat to anyone.

She made the psychosis up and should rot in prison for the rest of her life since MA doesn't have the death penalty.

I know if I were on that jury, and her defense called her neighbor to the stand who then said Lindsay had undiagnosed bipolar disorder the doctors all missed, but she caught onto while hanging out with Lindsay, then I would vote to acquit!!!!!!!

Funny how the trauma of killing her own kids has not contributed to more depression or psychosis resulting in more voices.

I am saying she did not have it or someone would have noticed. Did yall think I was saying the opposite? That she should get off because she did?

Also a lot of bipolar people undiagnosed and diagnosed don't commit murder.

Agreed. I'm a firm believer if you are well enough to exist in normal society that your mental health shouldn't become a factor all of a sudden when you commit a heinous act. People are always like you can't imprison or execute someone who is mentally ill and my response is always "Why not?"

Since her "psychoticness" was only transient, she'd be out of a hospital in less than five years which would be a huge miscarriage of justice.

I get that it’s his job to defend her, but how can you look people in the eyes and say this.

I'm really curious to see the makeup of the jury

Massachusetts recently passed abortion up until birth laws. I personally feel like this will go the insanity route or hung jury. Too many libtards up there.
