So after driving his vehicle into a building, he was shot for threatening statements? I wonder what he said.

They used that term several times last night on Frontline: On The President's Orders

The Popeye's employees would have taken care of business without the need for law enforcement!

Was someone jumping out the drive thru window at the beginning of the video?

Like driving into the fricking building perhaps?

Seems like an awfully poor reason to shoot someone no longer in a vehicle.

Police Statement

electronic control device = taser?

also says Cimino continued to approach the officer with the weapon.

it was more than yelling.

This "special agent" needs to be charged with manslaughter.

You apparently missed the part where this lunatic drove his vehicle into the building after her tore the place apart, then aggressively approached the officer in a threatening manner while holding a weapon. No charges here, pal. This officer perceived this nutjob as a legitimate, possibly lethal, threat and took appropriate action.

OP is missing some facts. The guy also ha what i'm guessing is a taser and was moving towards the agent with it.

Proving crazy is going to be crazy, regardless of their weapon of choice.

It’s getting down right dangerous to go ballistic in public.
