LINCOLN, Neb. —

According to Lincoln police, a man who drove his truck into a Chick-fil-A is dead following what was described as a "critical incident."

Witnesses said the man, identified as Joseph Cimino, 48, of Lincoln, became irate inside the restaurant and started overturning tables.

Lincoln police stated that Cimino was upset about the food he received and caused a disturbance inside the Chik-Fil-A, throwing food and turning tables until he was escorted out of the restaurant by another patron.

Once outside, Cimino got into his truck and drove reverse through the side of the restaurant.

No one inside the Chick-fil-A was injured.

"After driving into the business, the (man) exited the truck and continued to cause a disturbance," Chief Jeff Bliemeister, of Lincoln police, said.

Cimino was confronted by a uniformed Burlington Northern Santa Fe senior special agent, later identified as Christopher Hall, police said.

"He had made threatening statements to the special agent," Bliemeister said.

Hall then fired his weapon at Cimino, who died from his injuries at the scene. ...

Hope it wasn't our fast-food loving guy who works for a railroad.

I get it, nothing is more aggravating than hearing some sarcastic little shite saying "it's a pleasure to serve you".

I need to know the ethnicity of those involved to determine my level of outrage....and of course who to place the blame

Driving a truck into a building, turning over tables and acting irate... yep. Justified.

Is a railroad cop real law enforcement or private security?

I know Scott Frost sucks, but this is a little "over the top".
