When keeping it real goes wrong.
I prefer the yuppie way of dealing with this... Yelp review.

Seems like an awfully poor reason to shoot someone no longer in a vehicle.

Seems pretty reasonable to me to expect that you would be shot for causing a scene, then driving your truck through the wall of a restaurant with people inside, then getting out and acting aggressively towards a man with a gun

A lady I work with lives 2 blocks from there and heard everything go down while I was on a call with her. You could hear the sirens in the background and everything.

That had already happened. He wasn't in the truck anymore. He wasn't shot as punishment lol

They're considered real law enforcement and carry a lot of stroke.

This is no exaggeration, from personal experience. They're basically Game & Fish-like where they have protections through the law that normal officers do not, and are allowed many more freedoms.

That's why they're referred to as "Special Agent" and not "officer," without being too obvious.

Was he STILL driving his truck into it? Sounds like they were just arguing after that fact. But whatever. Southern morons love extrajudicial executions.

Good luck with that logic, creep.

Sometimes you're better off dead
There's a gun in your hand it's pointing at your head
You think you're mad too unstable
Kicking in chairs and knocking down tables
In a restaurant in a West end town
Call the police there's a mad man around..

good for that no account mother fricker. Act like a fool and get put down for crazy actions. I have no problem with the "special agent" putting down the rabid human.

They are the only ones over ever seen be able to just walk into a refinery with their weapons and no ppe. I have actually seen, at the same plant, police being shut down and not allowed entry into a facility when chasing a perp.

Moral is, if you are running from the cops, jump the fence to a oil refinery. They can’t come in.

Either way you're asking the question:

The perp had a tazer. The Special Agent had his gun drawn and was shouting orders to subdue the perp, and he kept advancing.

Advance on an officer with his gun drawn - while he's shouting orders at you to stop - and see what happens. Especially given what had already happened.
