Try having an Autistic child as get back to me. Especially sitting in a sometimes noisy environment where the child probably doesn't eat a single thing they serve.

It's probably just excited to get out of its cage.

It’s not the same as eating at home and probably is a lot more relaxing

I like to let people parent their own children.

Really would like to know why most people (and yes, probably most of you) allow your kids to bury themselves in iPads or iPhones at the dinner table. Is interacting with your kid too much for you to handle?

My kids are all grown. You probably need to shut the frick up and mind your own fricking business. How other parents occupy their kids while having a night out at dinner is none of your concern.

When I look around in most restaurants, there are more grown ups with their faces stuck in their phones than anything else.

Its truly amazing how connected people are to those little devices that they can not even sit and have dinner with their spouse or children without checking email/facebook/Td, etc.

I know its a old argument but it holds true.

Would you rather get hit in the head with a chicken nugget or eat in peace, while my kid watches an ipad?

The attention span of a 3 year old is very little. Do whatever means necessary in order to have a meal and not have to correct kids the entire time.

So you would be ok with this happening? This would happen once without repercussion and then I bet his little arse wouldn't be doing that shite again. It's called parenting. Don't be a pussy

Whatever they have to do to stop them from interrupting my shite with yelling/whining/running/crying is cool with me

It drives me insane that any second of downtime is spent with their faces in their phone. Any time my wife and I get in the car to go somewhere she takes out her phone and starts mindlessly scrolling through social media bullshite. It definitely triggers me

Why did you hire them if they don't know how to interact with people? Seems like maybe you should re-evaluate your screening process.

If you're coaching them, then clearly they're doing other things with their time besides playing on an iPad.

I have to admit. Triggers me like crazy. Not even sure why.

Even if you stop at a red light, you look around and half the people are staring at a telephone.

My guess is you don't have kids. I say that because I would have passed similar judgment before i had kids. Now, i simply trying to survive day by day with a 4 and a 2 year old. When I go out in public, I don't give a damn what anyone else thinks of my parenting or habits. One day, if you have kids you'll understand.

With that said, I dont do that. If I feel like my kids aren't going to be behaved at dinner, we stay home. If they act up, we leave.

Most of the mr moms on here don't know how to properly discipline their kids. We didn't have no iPads back in my day we were lucky to get to play snake on a Nokia
