Bacchus and Orpheus have both already released statements saying they'll roll and they'll comply.
ETA: Both of them made it a point to say they're complying with "requests" and "recommendations". They're not using language suggesting that it's an order they're following.

Common sense is in short supply at city hall. For the sake of optics that probably should have been done after Wednesday....now the mayor looks like even more of a buffoon.

I am curious to see how quickly Latoya takes up the float issue after Mardi Gras. I bet she would prefer the city focusing on how Mardi Gras will change instead the Hard Rock/city building inspectors and juvenile crime.
