He did this with regard to Bucha too. When pressed, he'll say "can't rule out" false flag attacks, but in other posts said he was "90% confident". He also acknowledged schlocking Russian propaganda to try to counter Western narratives.

Let's not do I know you are, but what am I routine.
I'm saying there should be investigation, because it looks just as likely Ukraine had used it looking at the evidence but Zelensky and US are looking to shift blame and ask questions after. There's certainly incentive for both sides.
It would be highly disturbing if the rocket was fired by Ukraine. The narrative would literally implode, however they have fired Tochka-U rockets at residential neighborhoods into Denetsk republic before, while Russia wasn't engaged.
Take everything Ukriane and Russia and especially US State Department with a tub of salt.

There's propaganda on both sides. "Western narrative" is propaganda. And you're completely mischaracterizing our discussion, which tells me I'm being trolled.
