Russia, of course, says it is a Ukranian false flag and they don't even have those missiles. Yet, they've admitted having them and using them in training prior to the invasion.

US believes Russia still suffers from logistical issues for refit. Possibility that some conscripts will be added to BTGs, and some indications that Russia is preparing to mobilize 60K reservists to join the war.
US believes this war can last a long time.

Obviously not, but I believe my own critical thinking and what I'm seeing people report/videos/photos and other information that can be corroborated on several levels.
All I said is it is at very least unclear who fired a missile, and Brandon's state department is already ready to condemn Russia. Nothing stops the narrative.
