Russian pullback while leaving their equipment seems odd.
Best case scenario they’re reducing their chances of fighting in the south. Worst case they’re being ordered to flee so an all out carpet bombing can
Most likely what's left of the army in the north is a rabble nobody can control. When the brass started pulling out the rout was on. If they don't have roadblocks and collection points set up those guys will steal anything with wheels and drive back to Russia.

They don't have the discipline to pull off an envelopment.

I just heard a report that the Russian army has slaughtered a very large number of people in the town of Bucha, Ukraine while the army was withdrawing. The report is that citizens were brought out of their homes and slaughtered in the streets. I’m looking for something I can link.
EDIT: There are videos of bodies of civilians all over the streets but I won’t link them. If you actually want to see that, it’s out there.

They can’t maneuver, they can’t drive down a road without fricking it up

I haven’t seen much Trump worship as though he is a “demigod”; more like an inside political joke.
Far more widespread and socially acceptable as well.
*sorry for feeding the beast.

Economy to garbage and major wars since trump gone...still bashing trump. And they expect people to take them seriously in this thread haha. Pathetic
Not a single person in this thread has really bashed Trump. 99% in this thread voted foe him the first time and would again if he is the nominee.
This is what I'm talking about, don't worship him and you are akin to a liberal Democrat.
Go frick yourself and go back to the poliboard and keep this shite about the arse kicking Ukraine put on Russia today.

Holy shite, the Russians are fricked u less they just carpet bomb the frick out of Ukraine. Especially with new weapons coming on board
So in the long term...let's say Russia is driven from ukraine...where does this stop? Is a ceasefire eventually signed? Does Ukraine keep pushing and possibly take back Crimea?
I have my own thoughts but want to hear others.
Personally think they may try and take Crimea but wouldn't dare go into Russia cause if they really started doing that the full weight of the Russian bear would come down on them in the form of nukesore than likely.

Russia had best come to a negotiated settlement before the panic spreads to the south and their whole army disintegrates. They're only holding on to the Crimea and the breakaway regions by force of arms. Russia is very close to losing everything it gained in 2014.
While satisfying, the prospect of a decisive battlefield defeat holds a lot of danger for widening the war. I expect Putin would try to lash out somehow, provided he's not deposed before then.

I’ll give it to Vice News and CNN because the videos they put out on YouTube regarding Russia’s invasion of Ukraine are more informative compared to anything on the regular 24 hour news networks.

I don't think it is in Ukraine's best interest long term to be on the offensive in Crimea. The best strategy IMO is to hold the line in southeast best you can. Russia is on the retreat in the north. Ukraine special ops should target military supply lines. Whether it be fuel depot's or food distributors... This will slowly eat away at Putin's propaganda that there is no war. This isnt going to be over anytime soon and the world should not become apathetic. Russia is supposedly world superpower but in reality they are a hipster working at Starbucks trying to figure out how to load a single shot .410 with 20 gauge shotgun shells

It will be difficult for Putin to get a ceasefire now as he is not in control of the fighting. With the current morale of the Russian forces, if he would order a ceasefire the disengagement could quickly turn into a route as we are seeing around Kiev now.
Crimea would be easier to take than the Donbas. The experienced separatist troops in the Donbas are far better troops than the Russians. But pushing into either area now would be very costly to the Ukrainians. Alternatively, if they can cut the Russian supply as in the Kiev area, the Russian troops won't fight for long. The key will be to disrupt Russian logistics.
If they can get their hands on medium range rockets, one possible solution would be to destroy the supporting logistics in Russia behind the Donbas and to rocket every northern Black Sea port the Russians hold. Including Sevastopol. The Ukrainians demonstrated this week in Belgorod that they have the will to cross the border. These cross-border logistics attacks will be the key going forward.

Regional and Oblast governors throughout Russia are watching closely. The West would be wise to show financial support for Kazakhstan now.
Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has proposed constitutional reforms to limit the powers of his office, saying the country needed to switch from “superpresidential” rule to a presidential republic with a strong parliament.

Defense Department Announces $300 Million in Additional Assistance for Ukraine
April 1, 2022
This afternoon, April 1, the Department of Defense (DoD) notified Congress of additional assistance activities under authority provided by the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI).
Through USAI, DoD will provide up to $300 million in security assistance to bolster Ukraine's capacity to defend itself. This decision underscores the United States' unwavering commitment to Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity in support of its heroic efforts to repel Russia's war of choice.
Capabilities in this package include:
• Laser-guided rocket systems;
• Switchblade Tactical Unmanned Aerial Systems;
• Puma Unmanned Aerial Systems;
• Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems;
• Armored High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles;
• Small-to-large caliber nonstandard ammunition;
• Night vision devices, thermal imagery systems, and optics;
• Tactical secure communications systems;
• Non-standard machine guns;
• Commercial satellite imagery services;
• Medical supplies, field equipment, and spare parts.
The United States has now committed more than $2.3 billion in security assistance to Ukraine since the beginning of the Biden Administration, including more than $1.6 billion in security assistance since Russia's unprovoked, premeditated invasion.
Unlike Presidential Drawdown, USAI is an authority under which the United States procures capabilities from industry rather than delivering equipment that is drawn down from DoD stocks. This announcement represents the beginning of a contracting process to provide new capabilities to Ukraine's Armed Forces.
