It's really not. then the rest of the world sees that we have a dementia patient in the oval office. It makes us all look weak, and insane. He doesn't look like a freshdolt when he gets up, has breakfast, then "Puts a lid on it" for the day. But there is still video of all of those racist, sexist things, plus all of the pawing, and mauling little girls.

It’s not like Biden named his horse to the senate, or declared war on Poseidon, or any of the other crazy shite other Roman emperor’s did, but this presidency and our deeply corrupt congress certainly has echo’s of Rome.

Hard to gage what level of psychopath he is or Hitler/Charles Manson. Is he just power hungry. Hope it is on the lower end of crazy

Hope he meets God soon. Alive or dead.

The Ukrainian General Staff additionally stated that Russia is covertly mobilizing the population of the Russian-backed, Georgian breakaway region of South Ossetia to support the war in Ukraine and has already transferred 150 South Ossetian fighters to Crimea.

The Russians filmed the first convoy of Ossetians shipping out. The soldiers left in a small convoy of Kamaz trucks decorated Ossetian flags.

It happened during daylight and their families were there to cheer them on and say goodbye.

This is a good example of how Kagan uses something that factually true, Ossetians are being deployed to Ukraine, and adds his own editorial bias, which is entirely subjective.

Kagans brother is married to Victoria Nuland, for what it’s worth.

Nuland is the one caught on the intercept, picking the new government of Ukraine before the Maidan square protests started.

I think the Roman system produced better leaders, on average.

Old people shouldn't be President.

Also, you remind me of the liberals who got mad at Trump for having cue cards on occasion.

You'll notice I didn't say anything about you getting up in arms about the gaffes this weekend, because those were actual missteps. Rhetoric matters and especially the bit about Putin not being in power anymore was a significant unforced error.

But most of the stuff you get worked up about with this administration is petty shite. At least in this thread it is.

I’d say telling our troops they’ll be in Ukraine and calling for Putin to be overthrown is pretty serious

Yeah, thats just unforced errors he shouldnt be making at this level. I thought he had done a pretty good job to this point just ramping up sanctions and not giving soundbites to make it about the US.

And then this weekend...

I was completely befuddled by “sanctions weren’t meant to be deterrents” comments.

Again, I’m not Biden’s biggest detractor on this site but that’s exactly what those sanctions were meant to do.

He could have just said “they weren’t as effective as we wanted them to be.” I’m sure the right would have pounced on him for that but I don’t know anybody who has been vocally on his arse about doing sanctions to begin with.

He shoots himself in the dick with statements about policy so regularly. Trump did too but it was usually just dumb attacks on people or the media, not his own policy.

This Administration proved with the Afghanistan/Kabul fiasco that they are a liability when shite gets in the weeds.

Then they had ten different people with ten different stories and eight of those stories were lies and all eight of the lies were different. This is beginning to have a bit of that discombobulated feel to it. They're desperately in need of that one person who will tell them all to shut the frick up and tell them what they're going to say and how they're going to say it. They don't seem to have that person.

I think the problem is that person kind of needs to be the President and message discipline has never been a strong suit of Biden's. Trump had many of these same problems, because he just wasn't interested in message discipline.

So did the Russians get to trade their tank for 7500 and citizenship?

I was wondering when this would start happening.

Center of Mariupol is under full control of DPR forces, DPR’s Information Ministry says LINK

MOSCOW, March 29. /TASS/. The cleansing of Mariupol from Nazi battalions continues, with the center of the city completely under the control of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) forces, the DPR’s First Deputy Information Minister, Daniil Beznosov, said on Tuesday on Solovyov Live YouTube channel.

"On Mariupol: the cleansing of the city continues, the center is already under our full control," he said.

Beznosov stressed that the fighting is currently going on the Gorlovka, Mariupol and Donetsk directions.

From Nexta_TV on Twitter. Guess we will find out soon enough how true it is

Joe Biden has done that for nearly 50 years at this point. He's always been a gaffe machine.
