Do you deny all of the corruption and ridiculous spending on the woke shite that those crooks have done? Do you deny the corruption that has been revealed in that agency funding media domestically and internationally?
Do you acknowledge that agency has misused tax dollars and is nothing but a slush fund agency that has had no oversight?
That agency is as corrupt as it gets. It is evil. Kill it dead.

USAID is a rogue organization that needs to be done away with or significantly downsized and reformed. There is no denying there is corruption in Ukraine. However, there is also no evidence to support the PT board posters' talking point about Zelensky using US tax payer money to buy a villa in Italy and a penthouse in Tel Aviv.

Russia has been contracting and expanding in a never ending cycle since its formation. It won't ever go away. Although it would be fun to see it eventually broken down into some logical, manageable pieces, I think the instability and bloodshed it would take to get there is just too risky a proposition.

To an extent #2 is already true with lots of Chinese in the Eastern half of Russia marrying Russian women and great influence in local Oblast business.

Of course there was waste and DEI crap at U SAID, just as in every other branch of the federal government. You don't think that the Department of Transportation wasted money on DEI crap? And that some of DOT money went to people friendly to Biden and the Dems? That same money is now getting re-routed to people friendly to Trump and the GOP, because that's how the corrupt system works.
But destroying USAID severely damages our national security. It's been reported that there are now only 18 staffers left in Africa. China is thrilled that they can win friends and build alliances without US competition. The Iranian mullahs openly cheered the ending of USAID funding for pro-democracy groups operating in Iran and opposing the Islamic theocracy.
Auditing and reforming U SAID would be smart. Destroying it is stupid.

You could have just folded it into the State Department. But they killed it because Elon wanted to pretend that he's saving the country by massively cutting waste and abuse, when the truth is that we are going dangerously deeper into debt every day, because the Trump administration won't touch Social Security or Medicare.

So at this point #1 is out. Russia had its shot and failed. So that leaves #2 and #3 as the only possibilities. No one wants #2. So everyone is lining up for #3. Which both sides will call a win. But which truly is a loss for the entire civilized world. Literally no net gain for anyone.
And it's not over and will probably not be over in our lifetimes.
That's what Putin has started. He started something he couldn't finish. That will be his legacy. Just like Iraq will be Bush's legacy.

It was not accidental that his first move was to take down the USAID website. It listed all of their current programs and could be used to rebut some of his cherry picking disinformation.
