Meanwhile Russia just keeps moving forward:
Never should have started and cant end soon enough.
Homeless all over western Carolina, 13,000 illegal murderers roaming our steets......and zelensky spending our tax dollars buying vineyards. Makes a lot of sense doesnt it?

Key Takeaways:
South Korea's National Intelligence Service (NIS) reported that North Korea transferred roughly 1,500 North Korean special forces to eastern Russia, where they are reportedly training before deploying to participate in Russia's war against Ukraine.
A number of sources provided footage purporting to substantiate these intelligence reports. The footage appears consistent with reports of North Korean troop deployments to Russia but does not independently validate the intelligence reports.
Russian forces appear to be further intensifying mechanized activity in western Donetsk Oblast amid initial reports of the start of autumnal muddy ground conditions.
Russian President Vladimir Putin continues to signal his disinterest in meaningful peace negotiations with Ukraine while using the upcoming BRICS summit to legitimize Kremlin information operations falsely portraying Ukraine as unwilling to negotiate.
Putin used ongoing conversations about security guarantees in Ukraine's Victory Plan to further boilerplate nuclear saber-ratting information operations that aim to discredit Ukraine to its Western partners and prevent Western aid to Ukraine.
Western partners continue to announce new military assistance to Ukraine.
The US Department of State (DoS) program Rewards for Justice offered a reward of up to $10 million for information leading to the identification or location of foreigners involved in interfering in US elections, including members of prominent Kremlin-awarded milblogger channel Rybar.
Ukrainian Human Rights Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets reported on October 18 that Ukraine has recorded more than 100 confirmed cases of Russian forces executing Ukrainian prisoners of war (POWs) amid a recent theater-wide increase in Russian executions of Ukrainian POWs.
Russian forces recently advanced in Kursk Oblast and near Kupyansk, Kreminna, Kurakhove, and Velyka Novosilka.

I think this "news" was tried a few years ago and didn't get any traction except with politard types.

The fact Olena bought the Bugatti that was allocated to me is what pushed me over the edge. The nerve of that first lady. I bet she can't even drive.

British Defence Intelligence
UPDATE ON UKRAINE
INTELLIGENCE UPDATE
19 October 2024
Russia has maintained pressure in the east of Ukraine's Kharkiv oblast. Russian forces are highly likely within several hundred metres of the Oskil river in a narrow salient approximately 20km south of the town of Kupiansk.
It is likely that continued Russian attacks are complicating Ukrainian operations on the east bank of the Oskil. On 15 October 2024, regional Ukrainian authorities ordered the civilian evacuation of several population centres in the area. Russia will likely continue to make gains in the area in coming weeks.
Russian forces have been making sporadic attempts to regain control of Kupiansk since losing the town in a Ukrainian counter-offensive in September 2022. The town is situated on the Oskil river and is a rail hub supporting Ukrainian operations in the
area.

“There remains no credible evidence of illicit diversion of U.S.-provided advanced conventional weapons from Ukraine,” Brig. Gen. Patrick Ryder, a Pentagon spokesman, told reporters. Citing what he said was Russian disinformation to the contrary, Ryder added, “The fact is, we observed the Ukrainians employing these capabilities on the battlefield. We’re seeing them use them effectively.”
Pretty key to the article. Not tracking means not tracked from entry into Ukraine to exactly where and how used.
Try harder

Some Patriot missiles are not marked as used so they must have been sold.
Jeez, give me a break. Do you think that militaries have an accurate account of artilleries shells used, or just how many are shipped to the front without final count of which actually fired? Any supply officer, commissioned or not, which hasn't ratholed needed items isn't worth much.
The same goes for manufacturing maintenance supervision. Everyone knows stuff is missing on paper, or counted as used, when it is stored out of sight from internal audits for LEAN manufacturing or Ad Valorem taxes
I don't do Underpants Gnome style gotchas

Fronts, Gangs, and Criminals: US Couldn't Account for Weapons Sent to Ukraine Last Year ( Military.com)
No doubleb, if I was skimming weapons, I'd have a buyer lined up before I even acquired them. The subsequent transaction would be cash or the equivalent for goods.
But since you asked relative to wall safes, here is Aleksandr Krupa, a Ukrainian political administrator, posed on his bed with $1 million dollars ...
and this is what $1 Billion in BTC (~15K BTC) looks like ...
