What does it matter when they act together? OPEC has made some moves to prop Putin up over the past few years. He's one of the few allies Maduro has on the planet.

A bomb, even their smaller ones, would have levelled that building. It's most likely yet another air defense missile falling back to ground.

Because if anyone isn't exactly on point with every bit of language they use in a post that isn't 10000% pro Ukraine they get jumped on by the mob, so I'm just using the same standard you guys use

It does matter. You constantly twist your arguments like a spoiled two year old brat.

If the resources will still go into the market regardless of who controls them, and your main argument is that the resources are why Ukraine matters, then it really doesn't matter does it? The resources will still be there even if Ukraine isn't. You're lashing out because even you know you can't argue against that point. Go outside your Kyiv apartment and take a breath

Good to see other common sense in this thread

Yet we have plenty for ourselves and still choose to participate in the global market, therefore giving them power.

So one would ultimately conclude either that we are either also in on the racket, or that we aren't that concerned about it. I would guess the latter.

IF they lose it no doubt it will hurt. Lots of chatter about how the Russians are leery of a trap.

It definitely looks like Ukraine maybe setting Russia up for a trap. Russia is using is best units to advance on Pokrovsk but it is not expanding its flanks to protect them. Ukraine maybe letting Russia advance and before launching a counterattack and trapping Russia's best units in a "Pokrovsk pocket."

I hope that's the case, but based on reporting from sources I follow and trust it seems pretty unlikely. There has been consistent reporting over the past few weeks that the situation there is deteriorating, and if it were some kind of trap I don't think you'd see Zelensky saying that Russian advances in the region have slowed.

What else could he say? I mean he couldn't say our forces are in shambles and retreating as fast as we can.

He could just not say anything

If it is a trap, that doesn't give it away.

If its not a trap and they are really in shambles and retreating as fast as they can, what he says or doesn't say really doesn't matter anyway.

This is presumably related to the F-16 crash.

“Crash?” Didn’t the Ukes shoot it down with one of our Patriots? So we paid for the missile, the destroyed F16 and the training of the dead Uke pilot. Quite the trifecta.
