All enemy missiles were downed in Kyiv Oblast as a result of successful air defence efforts!"
Details: The missiles were reported to have approached from the north and headed towards Kyiv.
Anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force and mobile fire units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine deflected the air attack.

Russians relocating part of Black Sea Fleet from occupied Crimea to Novorossiysk - defense intel
21.03.2024 13:26
After a series of Ukraine’s successful strikes that destroyed and sunk Russian warships in the Black Sea, the Russian Navy is redeploying part of their Black Sea Fleet from temporarily occupied Crimea to mainland’s Novorossiysk.
That’s according to Andrii Yusov, the spokesman for Ukraine’s defense intelligence, who spoke on the air of the national telethon, Ukrinform reports.
"The redeployment to Novorossiysk continues, although they cannot completely leave temporarily occupied Crimea without naval forces as such. Otherwise, that would mean fleeing. But, indeed, the headquarters infrastructure and warships are being actively relocated to Novorossiysk," he said.
Yusov noted that no Black Sea Fleet vessels have left their bases since several of them were hit by Ukraine’s naval drones a few weeks ago.
The intelligence spokesman said the Russians are trying to change their defense tactics, exploring new tools to this end. However, Ukraine intends to pursue an active campaign of depleting Russia’s naval fleet in and around Crimea.
"It will not necessarily be a repetition of previous operations. These will be new combined steps in the air, at sea, and on land," Yusov said.
It should be recalled that since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Russian Black Sea Fleet has lost more than 20 vessels, including a submarine, a number of large landing ships, and their flagship cruiser, Moskva.

People who don't pay attention come to this thread, ask about "who's winning" and just skip past Russia losing it's Black Sea fleet to a country with no navy.
Russia's economy is hanging by a thread, their oil income has dropped significantly, their military was exposed as a paper tiger and Putin survived a mutiny from a warlord... last year. All of that so Russia could take territory they held since 2014, with resources Russia already possesses in abundance.
Ukraine isn't winning, but Russia isn't winning either.

I guess "Fighter Bomber" celebrated a bit early.

We have a lot of ships at the mouth of the Red Sea. I hope we have an answer to those kinds of attacks. I'm sure the Ukrainian success with naval drone attacks have not gone unnoticed.

I bet Putin is regretting not sticking with Russia’s original plan to expand the port, road, and rail infrastructure in Novorossiysk so that it could replace Sevastopol as the home for the BSF as well as Russia’s primary ice free port. Stealing Crimea was supposed to be the cheap and easy option.

Surely you don't still believe this 100% interception fantasy. They hit plenty of places, including a couple factories used for drone production. All of this without killing any civilians.

Even if fighter bomber was right that there were 2 explosions in Kyiv. That means that Ukraine intercepted 29 out of the 31 missiles fired. That is 94% which is pretty good.

Speaking of ports, russia is building a new one in Abkhazia. It's wishful thinking on their part that any part of the Black Sea will be out of Ukraine range in the foreseeable future.

I’ll use a football analogy.
Alabama (Russia) is favored by 34 against UAB (Ukraine). They quickly score a as couple of TDs, but UAB makes a goal line stand, gets a pick 6 and midway through the second quarter they are down 14-10. Each team scored again, UAB on a flea flicker.
Right before half Bama scores on a long FG. It’s 17-10 at halftime, but Bama has lost a couple of starters do to injuries.
Yes, Bama is winning, but UAB is still in the game. There’s a whole half still to play and both teams are wearing down. What’s next?
The UAB team has thrown a couple of deep balls, and their D has scored. But Bama’s ground game is wearing UAB down. It doesn’t look good for UAB, but Bama is still having to fight for every yard it makes.

Russia is going to need to buy some electric vehicles from China soon. It just a matter of time before Ukraine hits the Russian pipeline distribution center near Yamal.

The first of the four frigates that Turkey is building for the Ukrainian navy is supposed to be finished in the first part of next year. If Ukraine can use it as a mothership for drone attacks things could get interesting.

Why is this stickied now? Did the war escalate or something?

So you believe Russia had lost 60 to 80 thousand men, but Ukraine has lost 300-500 thousand men? And their casualty numbers are over 1 million?
Makes complete sense considering Russia hasn’t had any setbacks and is steamrolling Ukraine at the rate of 1000 feet per day.
