It's just a coincidence that they (USSR and RF) occupy the same permanent UN security council seat.

You idiot frick i’ve said many times i’m a Trump voter and yes I am so sorry that I would like to see one of the most evil people on our planet put in check but you instead praise him and that’s all I need to know about your character so you can get fricked for all I care. Maybe you literally need to get ducked, it might be life changing for you. You don’t have to support Biden or be a Democrat to support Ukraine standing up to a much larger country invading them creating crimes against humanity.

#Lavrov's plane refused to be refueled in Brazil because of sanctions
The Russian Foreign Minister, who attended the #G20 summit in Rio de Janeiro, did not manage to fly from there to Brasilia for a meeting with Brazilian President Lula da Silva, according to the Aero Telegraph. The reason is that the government Il-96, on which Lavrov is flying, is running out of fuel, and the Brazilian operator refused to refuel the plane due to the danger of falling under secondary U.S. sanctions.
According to media reports, the #Brazilian side eventually offered Lavrov to fly to the meeting with da Silva as a "traveling companion" on the plane of Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira. It is assumed that this would allow Lavrov to arrive at the meeting on time, and the Russian plane would pick him up from Brazil after refueling elsewhere

#Denmark guaranteed military assistance to #Ukraine for the next 10 years
The country has signed a corresponding agreement, said Prime Minister of Denmark Mette Frederiksen. According to her, the agreement is based on the initiative of the G7 countries, which is currently supported by 32 countries and the EU.
Earlier, Germany, France and the UK have already signed similar documents

Mondelez Corporation is not going to withdraw from the Russian market, the company's CEO Dirk Van de Put has said
He said investors are not pressuring the chocolate maker to leave the country after the invasion of Ukraine. "I don't think investors are morally concerned about that," he said.
Van de Put believes that by continuing to do business in Russia, he is reducing the benefit that Russia could receive if the company exits Russia: "I'm wondering what happened to the companies that were sold, who got them and what they do with the money these companies generate? They all went to Putin's friends."

Germany once again votes against sending Taurus missiles. They aren’t going to do it until we send ATACMs with their full range. This is why i’m aggravated and exhausted with the war. Political bullshite.

Per Niall Ferguson in a discussion, "Donald Trump has never said that he would stop aid to Ukraine."
It seems that the never Trumpers, Eurotrash or the Politards actually get Trump at all. They make up their own version of him. I didn't get Trump either in 2016 until I finally listened to two friends who were in his campaign, one talked with him daily, the other once a week. It was only then that I could begin to understand how he paints a picture for the "buyers" to think it was what they wanted. Probably the fastest learner in how to campaign there has ever been as well.

If Trump got in front of cameras today and said the House should pass the Ukraine funding bill, it would be passed overwhelmingly next week.

Here is a mashup for you.
"Ukraine will win" - no amount of propaganda can hide the fact that Ukraine is winning this war.

Russians face economic, demographic, and quality of life crises.
The Russian state will not survive long in the post-Putin world, IMO.

Zelenskyy the rat left Trump out to dry after Trump gave them lethal tank-busting missiles. It was fricking disgusting, and no one who was paying attention would be able to root for Zelenskyy.
That's why I question so many of the pro Zelenskyy LARPers here who claim they aren't leftists.

US predicts Ukraine to face "catastrophic" ammunition shortage in April
European Pravda, Ukrainska Pravda — Thursday, 22 February 2024, 20:38
Internal US estimates suggest that Ukraine will experience a "catastrophic" shortage of ammunition and air defence equipment by spring.
Source: ABC, citing unnamed American officials, as reported by European Pravda
Details: According to channel sources, "late March" is a critical time for Ukrainian troops if Congress does not approve the project, which includes funding for Ukraine.
Another official stated that it is difficult to predict when the situation for Ukrainian troops will deteriorate, but the deficit is expected to rise until spring.
Quote: "The juncture starts now and it just keeps getting worse progressively through the spring and into summer. So, this time period that we are entering is a critical time period," said a spokesman for the US Defense Department.
American officials also predict a shortage of air defence assets.
"The things that are protected today -- they will not be able to protect all of these locations in the future if they don't maintain supplies of interceptors," the defence official said.
And if Russia gains control of the skies, "it completely changes the nature of this fight."

More than half the country couldn't point to Israel, Taiwan, and Ukraine on a map and you want people to believe that 60% of the country care somewhat to very personal about these conflicts? Jesus get real.
I'll give them China and Russia to be able to point to on a map and that's stretching it.
I wouldn't even ask about Hamas and what that is.
Talk about propaganda
