At the end of WWII the Ukrainian partisans switched from fighting the Germans to fighting the soviets without missing a beat. It took the USSR until the mid fifties to wipe the last of them out. Ukrainians don't need any lessons in guerilla warfare.

Russia doesn't exactly have a thriving economy. This war is going to stress it even further. Ukraine isn't just going to roll over.

Not much. They will inflict casualties on russian tanks but outside of that they are hopelessly outmatched

Much like Iraq, Russia will overwhelm the Ukraine military in relatively short order. Much like Iraq, winning the insurgency will be much more difficult.

The Russians have far superior artillery and air support. They will overwhelm Ukrainian ground forces.
