Russia has very little advanced weapons left and the ones that they do have left they can’t produce parts for repairs or production of new equipment. Ukraine has all but wiped destroyed Russia’s top tank army off the map in the 1st Guards Tank Army. I saw a video a few days ago of Russian T-62 tanks being sent to the front by rail, some without barrels and others even without turrets. The corruption of the Russian military is really being seen front and center right now.

I think about all the young people in Ukraine who just want to live normal lives, like young people in Germany, Japan, the UK, and the US do. They want to play video games, meet their friends at coffee shops, look at their phones and think about building a future. But Russia wants them dead. Russia wants them to starve and freeze.
Why? Because they don’t care to be with Russia. Because Russia is a jilted, jealous, paranoid, psychotic lover. It can’t stand that its former girlfriend found a nicer guy who gives her nice things.

I agree with the sentiment of everything you said. But at the risk of being pedantic for the sake of being pedantic, but to ward off any “this thread is for warmongers” assholes, what needs to happen is the Russian state apparatus needs to be destroyed and the rulers ousted and hopefully put on trial.
I got nothing against the Russian people. We were under the mistaken impression after 1991 that they were free now, but they just changed one totalitarian regime for another like they did in 1917.

Is it really a drain to NATO it’s finally doing what it was actually designed to do all this time? That is, killing Russians.

Any nation's loss in a war in multifactorial. And I agree, Allied bombing had crippled the German economy by late 1944 or early 1945. That being said, by late 1944 Germany had already experienced a number of major defeats on the battlefield in the the USSR, in Africa and Normandy. No matter how robust the German economy was, they were not going to defeat the combined forces of the US, the USSR and Britain.
