All of this is fake news. Do not listen to stupid reports from Ukraine that they attacked. This is only simple smoking accident.
It's impossible for Ukraine to strike the Kerch Bridge. There are over 20 defense mechanisms protecting it, even dolphins trained to attack any enemy submarines.

You miscalculate. If you don't think Russia losing significant military battles brings the possibility of nukes being used you are mistaken. Many months to be repaired. The steel box beams supporting the rail spans are limped out from the heat of just one tank car fire. There were several.
The piers for the roadway were undamaged so ideal if you want to reuse down the road.

The railway bridge is a double track. The track furthest from the blast may be usable or more readily repairable. I think the type of construction makes them somewhat independent from each other.
