The way I read it - they are attaching 6-10 cars at a time to regular freight trains. However it's entirely possible to track those cars...

Russia is dismantling Ukraine in the East. The entire front is clearly collapsing and they are in full retreat and being surrounded in one area. Many denied this reality a few days ago.
