I'm curious as to how many former military vs non military are on here and the stance they have taken.

Transparency I'm former Navy.

Just FYI I'm not one of those conspiracy theory posters but I think it should have been 1 government release with information on all the money going out.

Been on exercise

Looks like this has just turned into a war of attrition

Win territory and then lose some for both sides.

Not how it works man, each agency list its expenditures.

2American citizens ( from Alabama) fighting for Ukraine have been captured by Russian soldiers .

It's going to be extremely delicate how our Government responds to this.

I don't want to see America get physically involved in the conflict but let me be clear IF we were to cross that line our military might ( if unleashed and not held back) would turn Russia into the worlds largest parking lot. I've seen our Navy ships parked next to numerous other countrie ships and trust me there is zero comparison.

A press release has nothing to do with their budgets.

Exactly. Especially for the detailed expenditures Now if you are looking for a single press release that summarizes then you go to the white house who is over both departments.

Again this isn't about a damn press release and who should or shouldn't release the information it's about the information released ...

Thank you for your service.

So how do you think America should handle the 2 Alabama boys that Russia just took captive?

So, our national policy is to fully support the nation of Ukraine which is being invaded by the Russians, without provocation.
And some of you don't seem to mind us providing weapons of war, you are offended that innocent civilian victims of the invasion are being provided with humanitarian aid?
Really?
Aren't we trying to preserve Ukraine for the Ukrainian people? Or just for their military?

If you actually believe this then I hope you're not in a position where you make major decisions.

Have you been locked up in a time capsule?

You really don’t know that the US government spends billions each year to feed, to house, for healthcare, and provides transportation for millions of US citizens each year? Hell, we even provide cell phones.

Btw, have you ever heard of the Great Society, the War on Poverty,
or Medicaid? How about Section 8, or Food Stamps?

And after watching the impact on OUR economy and OUR way of life,

Our economy went down the toilet when Biden and the Dems took over. The war has very little to do with it. It had hurt the price of oil some, but oil was already increasing steadily. But supply chain issues and high prices began way before the war started.

Yes, and the sanctions we placed on a major global economy did not worsen anything at all.

Yes, and the supply chain and higher prices began before Biden was elected, too.
As much as you would like, you cannot blame Biden (or Trump) for global inflation.

“Flint was given millions of tax dollars to rectify the problem.”

Which was all given to democrats’ lined pockets.
