Not according to the 2018 Farm Bill. LEGAL hemp derived CBD products can contain up to 0.3% THC.

This is actually very true. Louisiana law doesn’t differentiate between the Hemp plant and the marijuana plant. Due to that, CBD/THC is basically the same thing under law. I work in a shop here locally, and this is basically a TLDR from an email directly from ATC.

He has been in talks with ATC and has emails with them stating that he was good to go. I guess he should have been dealing with the sheriff's instead.
