re: If you support birthright citizenship...
Posted by UAinSOUTHAL on 3/30/26 at 7:57 pm to theballguy
I agree they should be citizens only if the mother is here legally. A citizen of another country that has a baby here either because they are here illegally or on vacation should not get US citizenship for their child. It should only be babies born to naturalized or existing citizens.

It’s not just a positive or negative test. It will show the concentration level of the drug at the time the test was taken. The concentration level would determine, similar to a BAC, whether he was intoxicated by that drug
Would not determine intoxication at all. That is determined by body type and weight, your metabolism and tolerance. I know people in pain management and can take a 20mg roxi and they are perfectly fine because they are used to that dose.

I watched the police chief give a statement. He failed the field sobriety test so they arrested him. He took a breathalyzer at the station and blew 0.00. He refused a urine test which I assume is part of their implied consent laws so he was also charged with failure to provide a lawful test. But they definitely thought he was impaired which is why the arrest was made
Yeah and I have seen hundreds of field sobriety tests given where the officer swears up and down they are impaired but then the blood test come back clean. Field sobriety test are riddled with problems and should never be taken as gospel.

Prior history would indicate he was doped to the gills. Crash leaving Riviera in a 45MPH zone rolled SUV multiple time at high speed, crash when under influence in Florida where he knocked tires off the rims and now rolls a Range Rover in a 30MPH zone. These aren’t typical wrecks women have putting makeup on.
You don’t know the circumstances of the accident it might not even be his fault. Maybe someone else crossed the centerline or locked brakes suddenly. Very well could be other drivers fault.

Also what exactly will a urine test prove if you are prescribed pain pills? They going to look for the specific amount in your urine? What’s the legal “urine opioid level” in Florida ?
Exactly opioids can stay in your system for up to a week it doesn’t mean you are impaired. You know he is on a pain management program so the urine test is useless. Urine test would have been positive and they would have arrested him anyway. They gave him road side test but those are notorious for being unreliable. My guess is they knew who he was and they he most likely takes medication because of his surgeries. So they were gonna find a way to arrest him no matter what.

Still popping pain pills if I had to guess. You think he'd have just a full-time driver at this point. Dude has been crashing out for years, figuratively and literally.
Dude almost had his leg amputated and has had like 12 back surgeries. It would not surprise me if he isn’t on some pain management program. He probably has life long pain and needs the meds just to function. Just because you take the pills everyday doesn’t mean you are impaired. At some point you get used to the dosage and can function.
My understanding is they had to arrest him for DUI because he refused the test not because he was actively impaired. A good lawyer will be able to get him out of it.

They have a 1% success rate using their drones and missiles. I like those odds. Iran has fired almost 4000 ballistic missiles they do not have infinite resources and will run out.

We have more oil and gas reserves than Saudi we will be fine. We 100% have the resources to outlast Iran. Bomb the shite out of them and teach them a lesson. They have called Trumps play and now he needs to follow thru.

Yep we need a new Nuclear Reactor site in every state. We should be building 50 new ones. 50 new nuke plants across the country would be a game changer. Make them all the same with the exact same design. Would cut down on costs because parts could be reused between all sites. Could unify a training pipeline of operators that could then go work at any of the new plants in any state.

re: New “scandal” just dropped: military budget included lobster for deployed troops, Ds upset

I can tell you from experience that foward deployed troops on carriers that are at sea more than 60 days without a port call and entitled to 2 beers. On the Nimitz we were at sea for like 80 consecutive day about 65 days in we had what was called a steel beach picnic and we grilled out hamburgers, hotdogs and steaks on the flight deck and each member was allowed 2 beers as long as they were off duty and had no scheduled duty within the next 12 hours. I can’t even imagine what it costs to fly in pallets of beer and steaks for Bahrain so we all could have a few.
Little Chucky has no idea how much it costs for his little stuff like this for troops. Giving troops in harms way surf and turf once a month is a small price to pay for morale. Speaking from experience it goes a long way to keeping spirits up.

List for the past 3 winter Olympics until I get to USA, easy to find details for them 2022 Beijing: Norway with 37 (16G), Germany with 27 (12G), USA with 25 (8G) 2018 Pyeong Chang: Norway 39 (14G), Germany 31 (14G), Canada 29 (11G), USA 23 (9G) 2014 Sochi: Russia 32 (12G), USA 28 (9G) Current total: Norway 33 (15), Italy 25 (9G), USA 24 (7G) So far USA is 1 total medal, and 2 golds, off from its last 3 Winter Olympics average - 25.3 (8.67G)
USA now has 29 medals and another one guaranteed in Hockey so USA will finish with at least 30 medals. This will make this the most successful Winter Olympics for the USA in a very long time.

McCarron at #76 list with 3 National championships is a joke. He is top 5 minimum of QB’s post 2000 and the only one with 3 nattys.
The fact #1 is a guy that didn’t win shite in college tells you everything you need to know.
Top 5 should be Tebow, Leinart, McCarron, Burrow, Young

Greg Maddux tooped out at 92 mph but he could place the ball wherever he wanted and change speeds at will.
I would take a Greg Maddux over anyone who can throw 100+
