How ironic. Every form of CBD will have some percentage of THC? Why? Because the plant grows it naturally. It is about the % of THC in the product being below a certain amount.

Please don't talk about how dumb people are when you literally have no clue wtf you are talking about.

You are correct. Just like coffee. decaffeinated coffee will still have trace forms of caffeine in it. And that’s Louisiana’s problem. They want ABSOLUTE zero %. Which cannot be done

Yeah, Louisiana would be dumb enough to try to achieve that.

CBD with that little of THC would most liekly be manufactured CBD..not naturally derived.

With that said, I don't believe it to be as effective as naturally derived CBD.

Easy to fix...vote the legislators out if you so choose. I in fact agree with my legislator on this not necessarily because of CBD or THC but because of the trash those substances attract. I'd hate to have that trash next to a store I frequent. I wish vaping stores were shut down too to be honest with you.

This is a very shortsighted view.

Many wealthy people consume THC in some form, it's not just trashy people.

If you've ever been to a MJ legal state you'd understand. Upscale areas of town will have upscale MJ stores; ghetto areas of town will have ghetto MJ stores. Just like everything else in life.

CBD oil typically has the THC or whatever is the psychoactive part taken out..

It looks like his stuff may have minor amounts of it? Either way, I can’t imagine this is something to get high off of, but honestly I don’t know.

It’s a sign of the times. Sissy small town police officers want to go after the easy target that will make headlines instead of going after the real criminals. It’s all about attention whoring.

It's ridiculous. That guy got charged with multiple felonies over a substance that we know is comparatively harmless to many things that are legal.
